Question: Can I wash my new dog bed?
Answer: Most of our dog beds can be machine washed - instructions are provided on almost every product detail page. However, if you have a specific question and it's not answered on the page of that bed please contact us and we will get you the information you need.

Question: Which is the most durable of all your dog beds?
Answer: Leather is the most durable fabric made for dog or human use. Our microvelvet products are very durable as well. While you do pay for higher quality beds, we are proud to carry only top-rated beds - so we are confident in the overall durability of all our products.

Question: How long does it take to receive a product once I've placed my order?
Answer: Our standard shipping option requires 7-10 days (in some cases, sooner) for order arrival.

Question: Do you offer faster or expedited shipping?
Answer: If you need your product sooner than our 7-10 day timeframe, please contact us by phone 1(866)645-8789 and we can offer alternatives.

Question: Do I pay sales tax for my order?
Answer: Only orders out of Florida are required to pay sales tax. This charge will show up during your ordering process if you are purchasing from Florida.

Question: Do you ship internationally?
Answer: At this time we are unable to ship outside the United States and Canada.
